Michigan native Dara Chenevert is a human resources professional who started her career as an assistant state attorney in Miami. With experience in healthcare, bankruptcy, and employment defense litigation, Dara Chenevert capitalizes on her professional experience to manage projects and develop successful operational strategies.
A winner of awards for legal writing and research and constitutional law, Dara Chenevert received her JD from Howard University School of Law. She obtained her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where she majored in English, history, and linguistics. Approved by the Florida Supreme Court as a Florida certified circuit civil court mediator, she is a licensed member of the Florida Bar as well as the State Bar of Michigan.
Outside of work, Ms. Chenevert is active in social welfare activities. She donates to the local Humane Society and is involved in USF Women in Leadership and Philanthropy. Her hobbies include playing golf with family and friends, and she often watches football games on television, particularly the games of her favorite team, the Detroit Lions.
